Molds are easily affected by the temperature, so we keep our factories at a constant temperature (23 to 24℃) to prevent deformities and maintain mold quality and precision. Our factories require air conditioning year-round due to the heat emitted from the equipment inside, so we developed our own air conditioning system that utilizes the outside air for cooling.
When the indoor temperature rises above 25℃ and the outside temperature is below 24℃, the cold air from outside is automatically brought into the factory and the hot air inside is pushed outside. Whenever the inside of the factory rises above 25℃ again, the system is automatically engaged and is stopped automatically once the temperature reaches 23 to 24℃.This uniquely developed system minimizes power consumption and helps us operate in an environmentally friendly fashion.
During summer when air conditioning usage is at its peak, we have installed an automatic sprinkler system on the roof of our facilities to help reduce the effect of the outside air temperature.When the roof temperature rises above 30℃, water is sprinkled on the roof to keep the indoor temperature from rising and to help reduce energy consumption.
Carbide tools that can no longer be used and leftover shavings are collected by a specialist for recycling.
